From viewing test results and medical records to messaging your doctor and managing appointments, MyChart makes it easier to stay informed and take an active role in your care. Signing up is quick and easy, whether you enroll during your visit or get started online today.
When you visit Garnet Health, you may be asked whether you wish to sign up for MyChart during registration, admission, or discharge. You may also receive an activation code on your enrollment letter or in your After Visit Summary. You can also sign up online directly on MyChart.

Garnet Health App
Easily access your medical records through your Apple or Android device by downloading the Garnet Health app - now also accessible through the Apple Health app on your iPhone.
Alternatively, you may access your medical records through your Apple or Android device by downloading the EPIC MyChart app: Google Play | Apple App Store

Your Medical Records in MyChart
If you have a MyChart account, your records can be released to MyChart, which allows you to access the medical information listed below:
- Receive test results online – no waiting for a phone call or letter
- Your health summary
- Review health education topics and discharge instructions provided by your physician
- Review your medications, immunizations, allergies, and medical history
- Health insurance information
- Billing summary
You can also take the following actions through MyChart:
- Message your doctor
- Prescription Refills
- Request an appointment
- View details of your past and upcoming appointments
Expanded Access to Your Medical Records
The 21st Century Cures Act is a recent federal mandate that expands access to medical information. Garnet Health will release most test results (excluding genetics) and provider notes through the patient portal as soon as they are available. This information is available through our Garnet Health MyChart patient portal.
Securely connect your Garnet Health electronic medical records to your health management apps (e.g., fitness trackers, dietary trackers). Once we receive your request, we will be in touch (typically within two business days) with the next steps. Use the form to request a connection.
