Garnet Health To Host Free Community Health Self-care Forum Webinar

On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, Garnet Health will offer a free community health self-care forum webinar on the Influenza season and self-care from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

“With the influenza season underway, please join us for a conversation about the season and practicing self-care,” said Andrew Oni, MA, Garnet Health Community Health Program Coordinator. “Garnet Health Doctors’ Michael Morgan, MD, Infectious Disease physician, and Dr. Ulrick Vieux, DO, Director of Behavior Health Services and Psychiatrist, will discuss issues around the influenza season and provide helpful ways to best perform self-care during this time.”

This webinar also will provide attendees with an opportunity to ask questions and get answers to questions they may have, and to learn more about maintaining their health year-round.
