Garnet Health's helpful registration team will guide you through the registration process upon your arrival. This process will be completed faster and easier if you bring information with you when you arrive. Please remember to bring:
- Identification cards
- Papers that show what insurance you have
- A list of all the prescription and non-prescription medications you are taking
- Any required documentation - such as: referrals, pre-authorization forms and/or physician orders
- The name and phone number of a relative or friend to contact in an emergency
All your medical information is handled confidentially and ensures that accurate data is available for those involved with your care. If your visit is for a specific test or procedure, please make sure you have scheduled the appointment in advance. If you have been admitted to a Garnet Health facility before, we have your medical records on file. If you have not been here before, please bring the name and telephone number of your doctor so we can get your records easily.

Your Personal Belongings and Valuables
If you are admitted, you may wish to have your own clothes: a robe, slippers, pajamas or nightgown, eyeglasses and the toiletries that you may want. Please be aware that the hospital is not responsible for any personal belongings you bring - unless they are check in with Security. We encourage our patients to not bring or keep jewelry, watches, large sums of money, cell phones or electronics with you. You might want to keep only enough cash for magazines, newspapers or other incidental items.
If you cannot send valuables home, you can check them in with Security upon admission or through your nurse.
Patient Feedback Upon Discharge
You may receive a survey by mail or by e-mail after your visit. Your feedback is important. Please fill out the survey and return it to us as soon as possible. Thank you for taking this opportunity to let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.
