Garnet Health Doctors is committed to improving the health of our community by providing exceptional health care in a safe and healthy environment for all patients, visitors and staff. We ask that all visitors and patients comply with the Patient and Visitors Code of conduct.

Failure to comply with the Patient and Visitors Code of Conduct may result in the patient being asked to find another provider for nonemergency care. 

Patient and Visitors Code of Conduct 

It is the responsibility of all patients, families, and visitors to speak and act in a respectful and safe manner. 

There is a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior or physical assault directed toward our staff, or those associated with our practice. 

Garnet Health Doctors will not change providers, or other staff members based on race, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or other personal traits. 

It is the responsibility of the patient to follow the treatment plan developed in collaboration with your provider. 

Appointments should be kept as scheduled. Please contact the practice where your appointment is scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. 

Agree to follow Garnet Health and/or public health policies and/or regulations, such as mask wearing 

Mobile phones or other electronic devices should not be in use unless agreed upon by our medical team. 

Patient and Visitor Unacceptable Behaviors 

  • The use of profanity in any form
  • Physical or verbal threats and assaults
  • Intimidating, violent or disruptive behavior
  • Racial, cultural slurs or other derogatory remarks related to a person's national origin, religion, sex, language, sexual orientation, or gender identity
  • Possessing a firearm or weapon while on Garnet Health property
  • Possessing or using street or non-prescribed drugs or alcoholic beverages while on Garnet Health property
  • Intentional damage or misuse of equipment or property
  • Photographing, audio, or video recording of employees and/or patients without their consent

If you witness or are the target of any of these behaviors, please report it to a Garnet Health employee immediately.

MyChart gives you direct online access to portions of your electronic medical record (EMR) where your doctor stores your health information. Your lab results, appointment information, medications, immunizations and more are all securely stored for quick retrieval.
