Aromatherapy is a holistic modality that uses medicinal grade therapeutic essential oils to promote overall health and wellbeing. Essential oils are highly fragrant natural extracts taken from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant. Different essential oils have different effects on the individual, such as:
Lavender essential oils are used in aromatherapy services
