All our patients and visitors have the following general hospital amenities available to them during their stay or visit to Garnet Health Medical Center.

Public WiFi

Garnet Health Medical Center offers free Wi-Fi in all public areas. This gives patients and visitors the convenience of free access to the Internet wirelessly.

To access Wi-Fi, please select the network named "Garnet Health Guest" in the wireless network list on their device. Upon connecting, they will notice a disclaimer page on the Internet browser. After clicking on Submit and accepting the terms of use, the user is provided with free access to the Internet.

An ATM is available for use and can be accessed at:

We advise, however, that patients keep only small amounts of money with them.

Language Assistance

We offer many free translation services for patients who do not speak English and many free services for deaf or hard-of-hearing patients in order to ensure our staff members understand the patient’s needs. These services are available to patients and to family members or others who may be with patients when they are at Garnet Health Medical Center. Should you require these services, please consult with your nurse, doctor, or a member of our staff.

On-Site Pharmacy

The pharmacy is a convenient option for patients, the general public and Medical Center staff. It offers a full range of prescription medication services, including personalized pharmacist services. The pharmacy also carries over-the-counter medications and medical supplies.

Meds-to-bed Program

Through our partnership with NeighboRx Pharmacy, we are able to offer a “Meds to Beds” service for inpatients. This consists of our pharmacy hand-delivering prescriptions to hospital patients’ bedsides before they are discharged. This ensures they leave with their medication in hand before leaving the hospital.
