Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment that uses medicinal grade therapeutic essential oils that require dilution with a carrier oil prior to application. Essential oils are highly fragrant natural extracts taken from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant.
Reiki is a complementary healing therapy that, when combined with traditional therapy as prescribed by a physician, promotes relaxation and comfort. Reiki is not a cure. It is a relaxation technique that releases and restores energy flow, allowing the body’s own natural healing ability to work.
