Garnet Health’s Community Health Department will offer a free, virtual COVID-19 Support Group from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month, starting December 15, 2020.

The support group, which is aimed at addressing the emotional stress of COVID-19, is for those who are recovering, or who have recovered, from coronavirus.

“This compassionate, comfortable environment provided for this support group will help participants advance on their journey to restored emotional strength by offering coping skills for managing grief, loss, stress and anxiety,” said Andrew Oni, MA, Garnet Health Community Health Program Coordinator. “It also will celebrate the important mile markers that define progress and connect group members with others who face the same unique challenges.”

For more information and online links to the meetings, contact Mr. Oni at (845) 333-7324 or aoni@garnethealth.org.
