Our Inpatient Rehabilitation and Outpatient Rehabilitation teams are celebrating National Rehab Awareness Week (September 17 – 23) this week! The celebrations continue through the week with activities for staff and patients including,
- Painting inspirational rocks with our Inpatient Rehabilitation team
- A special dress down day where staff wore custom Rehab t-shirts made for the occassion!
- And a celebratory lunch for both teams!
Not only is this a great opportunity to dress down in our awesome custom shirts , but it’s also an opportunity to help bring awareness and educate our community about the benefits and impact of rehabilitation!

Our Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is located at 110 Crystal Run Road in Middletown, NY. At this location we offer patients a comprehensive range of high-quality services and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment for both children and adults, including:
As well as, specialty programs including: Cancer Rehabilitation, Lymphedema Therapy, and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
