When you arrive for your appointment at 707 East Main Street, Middletown, NY:
- Park outside the Outpatient Entrance.
- Sign in at the kiosk and proceed as directed.
- If one of the blood tests is related to a medication level, know the time of your last dose.

Laboratory Services in Middletown, NY
Our inpatient and outpatient Laboratory services provide support in the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of patients throughout our hospital services, as well as offering excellent phlebotomy and EKG services to our community.
Express Lab
Our Express Lab, located within the Outpatient Building at 707 East Main Street in Middletown, NY, delivers excellent phlebotomy (blood drawing) and EKG services with a total focus on customer comfort and satisfaction. It is our expectation that your preferences and privacy are respected and maintained at all times.
Most testing is performed the same day in our state-of-the-art Laboratory by trained NYS-licensed professionals. Sophisticated analyzers and techniques are used to analyze patients’ samples, such as blood, tissues, and other body fluids. Some specialized tests are only performed by reference labs and your sample will be sent to them for testing which will make your wait for results longer. We also perform specimen collection for patients with insurance that requires specimens to be sent to Quest.
Results
Results for Laboratory tests are available as soon as they are completed in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and/or faxed immediately sent to your provider. Results are also available to the patient in MyChart, our patient portal upon completion, available for access from a computer or smartphone.
