As part of its Community Health Self-Care Series, Garnet Health, formerly the Greater Hudson Valley Health System, will host a free webinar on Heart Health on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 655,000 Americans die each year from cardiovascular diseases. The Heart Health Webinar will feature a panel of heart health experts who will discuss the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, and the positive effects that can have on your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels normal and lower your risk for heart disease and heart attack.

Eleni Smalley, Senior Development Director, Hudson Valley Chapter of American Heart Association, will also be available to speak about safeguarding your heart health.”
