MIDDLETOWN, NY (Oct. 29, 2026) — Catia Pereira-Gentile, Patient Experience Manager for Garnet Health Medical Center, was recognized at the 2026 Professional Research Consultants (PRC) Healthcare Experience Summit on Oct. 8, receiving the Champion of Patient Experience Award.
The Patient Experience Award celebrates individuals who demonstrate an unwavering commitment to improving the patient experience. This award recognizes those who go above and beyond the traditional scope of their roles, consistently placing the needs of patients at the forefront while driving measurable improvements.
