We have received reports of a "phishing" scam that sends fraudulent MyChart emails and texts to target patients at health systems across the country.
These emails and texts pretend to congratulate you on being selected for a "MyChart Medicare Kit" or a "Senior Health Package" to trick recipients into clicking malicious links or providing personal information.
These messages do not come from your health system or the MyChart platform. If you’ve received one of these messages, do not respond or click any links; simply delete it and block the sender.
To protect yourself and your personal information, always verify the sender's address, watch for grammatical errors, and be skeptical of unsolicited free offers.
