Garnet Health Foundation Welcomes New Director of Philanthropy

MIDDLETOWN, NY (Dec. 15, 2025) — Garnet Health Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Jackie Perez as its new director of philanthropy, a key leadership role focused on advancing charitable support and strengthening community partnerships across the region. 

As director of philanthropy, Perez will lead strategic fundraising initiatives, donor engagement efforts and stewardship programs that directly support Garnet Health’s mission to improve the health of our community by providing exceptional healthcare. Her background in philanthropy, community development and relationship-building positions her to drive meaningful growth and elevate the Foundation’s impact.

Perez brings extensive experience supporting nonprofit development and fostering donor relationships throughout the Hudson Valley. Her leadership will help expand philanthropic opportunities, strengthen community engagement and ensure continued support for vital Garnet Health programs and services.
