Catskill Regional Medical Group is pleased to offer telehealth to their established patients.

“We are pleased to bring the benefits of telehealth to our patients,” said Dr. Gerard Galarneau, President of Catskill Regional Medical Group. “This new service will improve our ability to continue providing exceptional patient care to those who are unable or concerned about coming into the office.”

Established patients may be able to have an appointment over the phone with their primary care and specialty care providers. The service, which will include more features soon, provides a safe environment from the comfort of the patient’s home with no travel and little wait time. Not every medical issue is appropriate for a phone appointment, but some are a possibility particularly important follow-up appointments that provide a continuum of care. Telehealth is covered by most insurance. As a further courtesy to our patients, copays for telehealth visits will be waived.

Telehealth is available during the medical group’s regular office hours. To make a telehealth appointment with a Catskill Regional Medical Group, call (845) 333-7575.
