Garnet Health Announces Expanded Roles for Two Clinical Ancillary Leaders

MIDDLETOWN, NY (May 28, 2026) Garnet Health is pleased to announce the promotion and expanded leadership responsibilities of two clinical ancillary leaders, Amy Russell-Parliman and Keith Wilson, reflecting the organization’s continued commitment to high-quality patient care.
Russell-Parliman has been promoted to Senior Administrative Director, Diagnostic Imaging, where she will oversee diagnostic imaging across all three Garnet Health hospital locations. She began her career as a radiologic technologist and is certified in radiology, CT and MRI—bringing more than 15 years of
imaging leadership experience. Since joining Garnet Health in 2019, Russell-Parliman has served in several roles, including CT Technologist at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown; Radiology Supervisor at Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills in Harris; and, most recently, Director of Diagnostic Imaging at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown.
Keith Wilson has been promoted to Administrator, Clinical Ancillary. In this role, Wilson will oversee respiratory therapy; the Sleep Center; outpatient wound care; and rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. He began his career as a respiratory therapist and joined Garnet Health in 2023 as Director of Respiratory Therapy, with additional oversight of the Sleep Center and outpatient wound care.
These leadership advancements align with Garnet Health’s ongoing efforts to strengthen clinical operations and support the delivery of exceptional healthcare services throughout the health system.
