Garnet Health Announces Leadership Promotions

Brendan R. Begnoche, PharmD, has been promoted to Clinical Applications Manager at Garnet Health Medical Center. Dr. Begnoche joined the Garnet Health Pharmacy team in September of 2021 as the clinical coordinator for informatics. Prior to joining Garnet Health Medical Center, Dr. Begnoche was a clinical informatics pharmacist at Nuvance Health System. Dr. Begnoche has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
 

Christina Haelen, RN, has been promoted to Nursing Director of Neuroscience, overseeing the Neuroscience Service Department and the Stroke Program at Garnet Health Medical Center. Haelen has served the organization for six years and is currently completing her bachelor’s degree (BSN) from Chamberlain University College of Nursing.

Sarah Oboda has been promoted to Manager of Clinical Applications at Garnet Health. Oboda has been supporting the Epic electronic health record at Garnet Health since 2010. After a brief time away, she rejoined Garnet Health in 2016 as the Lead Epic Ambulatory Analyst. Oboda earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.
