Garnet Health Foundation - Catskills Announces 42nd Annual Golf Classic

The Garnet Health Foundation -Catskills, formerly Catskill Regional Medical Center Foundation, is pleased to announce the 42nd Annual Golf Classic will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14 at the Villa Roma Resort in Callicoon, NY. The event is designed to provide an exceptional player experience within a COVID-safe environment.

Proceeds will benefit cancer prevention, screening and early detection, as well as the purchase of 3D mammography technology at Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills.

“The Golf Classic raises funds that make an immediate and positive impact on the quality of healthcare Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills provides to our community,” said Garnet Health Foundation - Catskills’ Golf Committee Chair, the Hon. Anthony Kane. “The Foundation is truly grateful to all donors and golfers whose generosity has helped make the Golf Classic such a successful fundraiser each year.” 

Golfers will play a “scramble” format. Registration is at 11:00 a.m. and the Classic begins at noon. There will be a socially-distanced social hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The entry fee to golf is $175 per player and includes a greens fee, golf cart, boxed lunch and beverage tickets, raffle prizes, major prize for the first hole-in-one, and prizes for players in many categories. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
