MIDDLETOWN, NY — Garnet Health has launched a new digital tool to improve the Urgent Care experience across its locations, including Goshen, Middletown, and Monticello.
These enhancements include:
- Posted wait times, enabling patients to decide which location they’d like to use.
- On My Way, an optional feature that allows community members to let staff know they are on their way and why they are seeking urgent care services.
While patients will continue to be seen based on the severity of their medical needs, the On My Way feature enables Garnet Health to better anticipate arrivals, improve check-in efficiency, and simplify the check-in experience.
Garnet Health’s IT Department is introducing these new features in hopes of improving access to care, enhancing communication, and streamlining the patient journey. These innovations reflect Garnet Health’s ongoing commitment to deliver more efficient, connected, and patient-centered care.
This tool is now available at www.garnethealth.org/UrgentCareWaitTimes, and members of the community are encouraged to take full advantage of its features to ensure a less stressful visit.
