Garnet Health Names Neurology Residency Program Director

MIDDLETOWN, NY (Jan. 26, 2026) — Garnet Health is pleased to welcome Kavneet Kaur, MD, MPH, who has rejoined the organization as the Neurology Residency Program Director.
Dr. Kaur previously served at Garnet Health as System Medical Director and Chair of Neurology, as well as Stroke Program Medical Director and the founding Director of the Neurology Residency Program, where she was instrumental in launching the program. During her tenure, she significantly advanced Garnet Health’s neurosciences service line by strengthening stroke care and guiding the organization through key accreditation milestones.
Dr. Kaur is a board-certified neurologist and vascular neurologist with extensive experience in graduate medical education, physician leadership and quality improvement. Her return reflects Garnet Health’s continued commitment to academic excellence, physician development and high-quality patient care.
