MIDDLETOWN, NY (April 16, 2026) In April, Garnet Health President and CEO Jonathan Schiller, Administrator of Planning and Community Health Moira Mencher, Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills CEO Jerry Dunlavey, and Chief Operating Officer Joyce Timko traveled to Washington, D.C., to advocate for the healthcare needs of the region. During their visit, the team met with members of Congress to ensure the voices of the communities they serve are represented at the national level. The trip also provided an important opportunity to strengthen key relationships and elevate critical community health priorities.
