Heart-A-Thon Supports Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills

HARRIS, NY — Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills was recently presented with a $50,000 check, proceeds from this year’s 47th Annual WSUL Heart-A-Thon, which took place on February 21 at Resorts World Catskills. The check was presented by Les Kristt, 98.3 WSUL’s Heart-A-Thon Committee Chair, and Dawn Ciorciari, Bold Gold Media Group General Manager. Each year, Garnet Health Medical Center – Catskills is proud to be one of the chosen beneficiaries of the annual event.

Benefits raised will go toward heart disease treatment, education and prevention in Sullivan County. A portion of this year’s proceeds will fund telemonitor transmitters, a central monitoring system and bedside monitors.
