Garnet Health Doctors Welcomes New Inpatient Nurse Practitioner

MIDDLETOWN, NY (April 1, 2026) — Garnet Health Doctors is pleased to welcome John T. Gallagher, MSN, FNP-BC, as an Inpatient Nurse Practitioner in the Critical Care Department. Gallagher previously served as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Garnet Health Medical Center from 2022 through 2024.
He holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Mount Saint Mary College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, and an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing from Queensborough Community College.
Gallagher is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, and Progressive Care Certified Nurse.
Gallagher will provide inpatient-only critical-care services to the Intensive Care Unit at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown.
