Garnet Health Urgent Care provides convenient, comprehensive physical exams to help you check one more thing off your list.

Children Age 17 and Under Physical Examination – $65

(No immunizations included.)

Physical Exam Includes:

• Record your child’s height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and BMI
• Check your child’s heart, lungs, lymph nodes, abdomen, skin, eyes, ears, nose and throat
• Evaluate your child’s vision, joints, muscles and spine
• Complete needed forms for sports, camps, or school

Please Bring:

• Immunization record
• List of all medications being taken
• All forms requiring completion

Other services may be required based on individual needs and are subject to an additional charge.

Tuberculosis (TB) Screening – $12

A one-step TB skin test is required. If the test result is positive, you'll need a chest X-ray as part of your evaluation. Chest X-Ray – $75

Adults Age 18 and Over Physical Examination – $75

Hepatitis B Screening (blood test) – $12

Hepatitis B Vaccine Adult – $75 per dose; 3-dose series

Tuberculosis (TB) Screening – $12

A one-step TB skin test is required. If a two-step TB skin test is needed, it will cost an additional $12. If the test result is positive, you'll need a chest X-ray as part of your evaluation. Chest X-Ray – $75

• Services are available 7 days a week, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, not on holidays.
• Insurance is not accepted for these services.
• All services must be paid for at the time of check-in.
• We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard.
• All forms to be completed must be presented at the time of the appointment.
• If additional vaccines are needed, the patient will be referred back to their doctor.
