Whether you're getting ready for school, sports, camp, or college, Garnet Health Urgent Care offers comprehensive physical exams for children and adults with no appointment needed- just walk in. Our experienced providers perform thorough physical examinations, complete required forms, and offer select screenings to help you meet school and program requirements.

Children Age 17 and Under Physical Examination – $65

(No immunizations included.)

Physical Exam Includes:

• Record your child’s height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and BMI
• Check your child’s heart, lungs, lymph nodes, abdomen, skin, eyes, ears, nose and throat
• Evaluate your child’s vision, joints, muscles and spine
• Complete needed forms for sports, camps, or school

Please Bring:

• Immunization record
• List of all medications being taken
• All forms requiring completion

Other services may be required based on individual needs and are subject to an additional charge.

Tuberculosis (TB) Screening for Child – $12

A one-step TB skin test is required. If the test result is positive, you'll need a chest X-ray as part of your evaluation. Chest X-Ray – $75

Adults Age 18 and Over Physical Examination – $75

(No immunizations included.)

Hepatitis B Screening (blood test) for Adult – $12

Hepatitis B Vaccine Adult – $75 per dose; 3-dose series

Tuberculosis (TB) Screening for Adult – $12

A one-step TB skin test is required. If a two-step TB skin test is needed, it will cost an additional $12. If the test result is positive, you'll need a chest X-ray as part of your evaluation. Chest X-Ray – $75

• Services are available 7 days a week, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, not on holidays.
• Insurance is not accepted for these services.
• All services must be paid for at the time of check-in.
• We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard.
• All forms to be completed must be presented at the time of the appointment.
• If additional vaccines are needed, the patient will be referred back to their doctor.
