Cancer Rehabilitation Program

Cancer treatment can be very toxic and often causes significant pain, fatigue and disability for survivors. Through our cancer rehabilitation program, the TRAQ Program® (Training & Recovery For Achieving Quality of life), our goal is to minimize these side effects and to encourage cancer survivors to have the best quality of life possible. The TRAQ Program® provides patients with coordinated cancer rehabilitation supported by a comprehensive team of clinicians and providers.

As a TRAQ Program® patient, you will receive comprehensive cancer rehabilitation treatment to improve the symptoms affecting your daily function and quality of life. These may include fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, joint stiffness, limb swelling (lymphedema), weakness, memory problems, balance and issues with speaking or swallowing.

Our program has been created to help survivors physically and emotionally heal from the side-effects of treatments.

Serving Patients at All Stages of Cancer Treatment

We serve all survivors in need, whether beginning treatment, finished with treatment or experiencing late effects or unresolved issues from long-ago treatment. Our program is open to everyone no matter the prognosis, cancer stage or phase of recovery.

You may be living with cancer as a chronic disease and may need help managing treatment-related conditions. Or, you are cured or in remission and may want to enroll in our program with the goal of boosting your immune system so you can heal as well as possible.
